Assignments Juthout Advies

Restructuring and professionalization of organizations is central to assignments. I advise on (changes in) the supply chain (planning, S&OP, purchasing, stock management, warehousing, transport and distribution systems) and the organization. I work as an independent business advisor and have performed assignments at DHL Supply Chain, AbbVie, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Zebra Technologies, CooperSurgical Inc and Wabtec Corporation, among others. I also coach teams and individual employees / managers and change and improve operational processes. I coach status holders (immigrants with work and residence permits) with higher vocational / university education to find a suitable job. I work from Blokzijl and Amsterdam. Interim professional and specialist in Supply Chain Management

I am an operations, change and program / project manager and I am involved in restructuring and professionalization of organizations. I have been working as an independent interim professional since 2010 and am a specialist in supply chain management.
In my position as Vice President Logistics Operations at Yamaha Motor Europe NV (until 2010), I was responsible for the program to transform a decentralized logistics organization from over 30 local operations into a centrally managed European supply chain organization with pan-European stock management, a standard warehouse, transport and distribution system and supported by a logistics IT system. In addition to planning, budget, organization and risk management, communication and stakeholder management were the keys to success in the realization of the program.

Coach for high educated immigrants with residence/working permit

For an immigrant with working/residence permit in the Netherlands are a lot of bumps to take in the search for work: cultural differences, the language barrier and all the rules in the Netherlands. And it is important they go to work quickly. It is good for their integration, self-image,self confidence and  health. These immigrants (and certainly this group with a good education at HBO level) bring many talents and experiences. They are entrepreneurial, have perseverance and they are multilingual. I guide  the search for work and be the intermediate between the immigrant and the employer.
